Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Bloom mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Bloom is a women’s health tracking application that helps users track their menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. The App provides health insights, predictions, and reminders based on data you enter.

Important: Bloom is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

User Accounts

Bloom does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. No registration is needed.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Free Features

Core tracking features are available free of charge.

Premium Subscription

Some advanced features require a Premium subscription purchased through the App Store:

  • Pricing and billing are managed entirely by Apple
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple. We have no control over App Store refund decisions.

Health Disclaimer

Bloom is not a medical device.

  • Bloom’s cycle predictions, fertility estimates, and health insights are based on statistical models and the data you provide — they are not guaranteed to be accurate
  • Do not use Bloom as your sole method of contraception
  • Do not use Bloom to make medical decisions
  • Pregnancy test results, fertility treatments, and medical diagnoses should always be confirmed by a licensed healthcare professional
  • If you experience unusual symptoms, complications, or concerns, contact your doctor immediately

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bloom only for lawful personal health tracking purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems related to the App

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of Bloom are the intellectual property of Dawid (Osanuo). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Privacy

Your use of Bloom is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

If you grant Bloom access to Apple Health:

  • You acknowledge that health data is sensitive and you take responsibility for granting this permission
  • You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Bloom
  • We handle HealthKit data in accordance with Apple’s HealthKit guidelines and our Privacy Policy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bloom is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for health decisions made based on App data
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland, subject to applicable EU consumer protection laws.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you have statutory rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms, including rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes within the App.
